i’m a master facilitator and award-winning executive coach specializing in conscious leadership.
for the last two decades, I've spent my life as a creator and conduit of transformative experiences - from leading deeply connective moments for rooms of thousands, to intensive individual coaching with executive leaders at unicorn + fortune-ranked companies.
i spent the first years of my career as an entrepreneur and operator: leading people ops and growth for one of the highest ranked startups in Colorado, producing sold-out concert series, and winning awards for culture and team development. i now work closely with high-growth leaders, executive teams, startups, several world-leading accelerator systems, and graduate programs.
